KML Health & Safety Information

Forms and Information (effective 10/2022)

At this time, KML will no longer request COVID testing or daily temperature checks in preparation for or during your visit. However, we strongly recommend that you take whatever precautions you deem necessary for the safety of your group prior to arrival at KML. We will also resume shared space when scheduling dorm use unless ‘exclusive use’ of a dorm is specifically requested.

Please contact KML staff for further information. Policies are subject to change should COVID rates escalate.

Please review the following information in anticipation of your visit to KML and visit the KML Rates, Forms, and Information page to access Required Forms:

  • Each person must complete the online Health Status Survey 24-hours prior to arrival.
  • If staying on-site in KML dorms, each group’s leader/PI must complete an Illness Contingency Plan which is to be submitted for approval by KML staff before arriving on site at KML. All group members should read this plan and understanding corresponding steps/actions. This form can be found linked below.
