Kelsey Wilkinson is the Fiscal & Business Operations Manager for FIO. Kelsey has a Masters in Public Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University (2015) and a Bachelors degree in Communication (2011). Kelsey began working at the University of South Florida in 2016, providing fiscal, grant, and administrative support to Centers and Institutes in the College of Arts & Sciences, Tampa Campus. Kelsey is responsible for FIO’s annual budget, purchasing, grants, and contracts. Additionally, Kelsey oversees FIO Human Resource actions and all FIO Business Operations.
